  • Ensure that client expectations are clearly understood and communicated; and that teams (and clients) are setup to deliver on client expectations.
  • Develop toolsets for individual client needs to ensure that communications, meeting cadences and workstream progress is easily shared and understood for large groups of stakeholders.
  • Prepare compelling deliverables for clients, owning and delivering the finished product.
  • Support strong relationships with clients, other stakeholders and colleagues by working in a collaborative, human-centered and service-oriented way.
  • In support of client success, identify areas of opportunity for Lions + Tigers to provide iterative or incremental support.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Multiple years in project management, program management, management consulting and/or industry practitioner experience in one or more of the following areas: digital marketing, marketing strategy, marketing technology, sales support, sales enablement, business operations and administration.
  • Superior communication and client-facing skills; able to engage with multiple-stakeholder teams.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with others in high-pressure situations and to manage productively through conflict.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts with deep content knowledge.
  • Motivated, self-starting, comfortable with high rates of change — and with a natural desire to accept challenges and diverse assignments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • Able to work effectively remotely (and across time zones, when necessary).
